This is a vintage 1950s Bing & Grondahl Christmas Rose rimmed soup bowl, made in Denmark.  It measures 8.5" in diameter and 1.5" deep.  Although the pattern was produced from 1936 to 1994, the markings on this bowl indicate it was made between 1952 and 1957.  Condition is absolutely excellent, no issues or signs of wear at all.  Looks just beautiful.  Would make a wonderful replacement piece if you've lost one, as these are rather hard to find now.
