This is a Sanrio Hello Kitty Tea Cup McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 2017.  It is number 3 from the Hello Kitty Tea Party set they put out that year.  Cup is white with Hello Kitty's face on the front, and Tuxedo Sam is on the lid.  This one is still brand new and sealed in its original packaging, no damage or issues.  Asking $3.00 obo.
