Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. A few creases near edges. Surface impressions near bottom-center on front. Very mild-wear along spine. Some wear to corners. (Not a cut-out.)
The Do It Debbie's Way LP is an audio version of Debbie Reynolds' exercise video of the same title. The music is drawn from Switched on Swing, medleys primarily consisting of 1930s and ‘40s swing tunes, starting with In the Mood, play in the background. In the foreground is Reynolds, conducting two exercise sessions, one for each side of the LP. An entertainer who learned to dance in her teens at the MGM movie studio, Reynolds now encourages her generation of 50-year-olds to keep fit. "I tried all the other exercise albums and found them too fast and difficult for me," she writes in a sleeve note. Even at the quickest tempos the music remains in a swing groove. Reynolds is an enthusiastic leader and she isn't above singing along with the music now and then. Guests include: Florence Henderson, Dionne Warwick, Teri Garr, Terry Moore, Pat Van Patten and Virginia Mayo.
