Vintage Bluebird with NC Mark 4" Delicate Bisque

This beautiful bird is marked NC on the bottom with KW58/523B.  I think that it is a Lefton piece but the paper tag is not there.  The flower under the bird has two broken petals...and the ohe on the top of the branch has one broken petal.  It is a charming vintage piece and perfect except for the aforementioned problems.
