You may pay using: Paypal-Paypal will accept payment  from a credit card, just select "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill me Later" on the paypal  screen.

Shipments:
We offer free shipping on most items, we reserve the right to use either  USPS,FEDEX, or FEDEX smartpost for your items. Depending on your location and the items weight, we may use  the most economic shipping service. You are welcome to give us a call and pay for expedited shipping if you  need your item ASAP.You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will supply tracking  information directly to your account once the shipping label is created.

Returns:
If you ordered the wrong part, Provenpart will return or exchange the item.  You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be happy to exchange it  for the correct part.
If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the  part back for inspection from Provenpart, if the part is considered to have a material defect Provenpart  will send the customer at no charge a replacement part. All parts and equipment purchased are  purchased by the buyer with no additional promises being made for technical service. Item's that have not  been used or installed may under authorized conditions, be returned within 14 days for a partial refund  less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost covering the items shipped to  the buyer is not refundable for any reason as this was agreed to in the initial sale of the product and is  not part of the actual value of the item in question.By purchasing any parts or equipment from Provenpart  you agree to these terms and conditions.
