Remifemin 60 tabs- Menopause and Accompanying Symptoms Like Sweating Hot Flashes

Remifemin is a product that is recommended for menopause and its accompanying symptoms - spontaneous sweating, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, nervousness and depression, as well as a decrease in ovarian function. It is also recommended for: • painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea). • premenstrual syndrome 1 tablet contains: Medicinal substance: Cimicifugae rhizoma extr. fluidum (0.78-1.14: 1) - 0.018-0.026 ml (extractant isopropanol 40 vol.%), corresponding to 20 mg of the drug

Dosage, method and duration of administration:

If your doctor has not prescribed anything else, please follow the following recommendations for the use of Remifemin. Please follow these instructions for use, otherwise the medicine will not affect your disease properly.

How often and when should you take Remifemin?

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 tablets twice a day (morning and evening), not chewed with a little liquid (do not suck). How long should you take Remifemin? Remifemin does not work immediately.

The first therapeutic effects appear after two weeks of administration. As therapeutic results improve, especially with prolonged use, Remifemin should be taken for a longer time, but not more than 3 months without medical advice.

Overdose: No effects of Remifemin overdose were observed. However, if you take more than the prescribed dose, you should see a doctor immediately!

Special precautions for use: In case of feeling of tension and heaviness in the chest, as well as in case of menstrual disorders, a doctor should be sought first to make an accurate diagnosis. Consultation with a specialist in the use of the medicinal product in patients with a history of liver disease is required.

Contraindications: When should you not take Remifemin? If you have a hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients of the product.

Drug interactions: Which other medicines affect the action of Remifemin or Remyemin affects their action? As a general rule, you should always tell your doctor if you are taking other medicines. Estrogen-containing products can be taken at the same time as Remifemin only under strict medical supervision, because Remifemin may increase the effect of estrogen. Consult your doctor.

Special warnings: What should you keep in mind during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Due to insufficient clinical experience, Remifemin should not be used during pregnancy or lactation. What should you keep in mind while driving and using machines? No effect of Remifemin on the ability to drive and use machines has been observed Important information about some of the ingredients of Remifemin: The medicine contains lactose. Therefore, do not take Remifemin until you have consulted your doctor or if you know you have diabetes.

More information: Do not use this medicine after the specified date! Keep the medicine out of the reach of children!

Medicinal substance: Cimicifugae rhizoma extr. fluid Very rarely the manifestation of allergic reactions is possible - itchy skin and rashes, urticaria; gastrointestinal complaints - indigestion, diarrhea; peripheral and facial edema. Elevations in liver enzymes (transaminases) have been reported rarely with medicinal products containing liquid Cimicifuga root extract, and liver damage has been reported even less frequently. So far, however, no strict causal relationship has been established between these side effects and the use of the medicine. In rare cases, weight gain is possible. In these cases, you should stop taking the medicine and seek medical help. side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist!
