We Accept Paypal, Bank Transfers , Cheque , Postal order/ Bankers draft . Item will only be shipped once the payment is cleared.
Shipping Details
All our items are handmade to order , please allow 10-15 working days for the item to be delivered at your door step and 14-20 working days for customised item.
We only use DHL & Royalmail (tracked) as our main courier.
Our Refund Policy
We never use bicast leather like some other suppliers.
Every piece of leather is carefully inspected and quality checked before purchasing. We only use the finest quality leather available in the market.
Although we pride ourselves in selling you items of highest quality, there may be an instance that you are not satisfied with our product or the product was received damaged. We offer a no fuss returns policy, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to refund (Original item cost only PLUS 10% stocking fees to cover our cost will be deducted) . Please note the item should be in its original condition and unused. Customized / altered orders are non returnable. Just make sure you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you're in Uk or overseas. Buyer to pay safe return postage cost please.
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will rectify it at our cost or full payment will be refunded (including original postage).
