ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT UNLESS WE HAVE TO QUALIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.  THE SCHEDULED TIME FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCT IS ILLUSTRATED IN THE MAP BELOW.

All of our products will be shipped out to you within 1 business day after your payment has cleared. 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:  We insure all shipments. If your item is damaged in transit we will work with you to get a replacement ASAP. To ensure quick processing, be sure to note the damage to the delivery agent and notify us through mail within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as you possibly can.  When you notify us, please provide pictures (if possible) as it will help speed Up the process.  We will then pick up the damaged product (at our expense) &  get your replacement product shipped to you ASAP.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase!!!

We accept returns for 30 days from the date the item was purchased.  All returns are required to be in the original box and in new/unused condition.  Returns will not be accepted if received in partially assembled or used condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The shipping charges on the order are non-refundable.  Please return the item to the address listed below:

We guarantee ALL of our products to be 100% free of manufacturer defects and/or to be in 100% working order when you receive the product.  We perform Quality Inspection on ALL of our products. Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a Defective Product.  We will ship out a new replacement product to you ASAP (shipping prepaid) and will pay the return shipping cost of the defective product.

 We take great pride in offering 100% quality products to all of our customers.  If you feel that the product you received from us is not ALL that we promised it would be, please notify us through mail and we will do our best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
