PLEASE NOTE THIS IS DESIGNED TO HOLD UP TO 64 OZ THIN WALL DRINKS THINK THE KIND YOU GET FROM FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS.  I HAD ONE PERSON RETURN ONE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FITTING A 64 OZ INSULATED MUG.  THE SIDE WALLS FOR INSULATION WERE ALMOST AN INCH THICK AND OF COURSE IT WILL NOT FIT A CUP THAT SIZE.
