This is made in the USA, high quality rubber mirror gasket, brand new in packaging. Quality gaskets are a must to protect your paint from damage. Last picture shows how it comes in the package, just pop out the rubber in pre-cut holes. Please do your own research as we do not accept returns/offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle.
