This is a new Mastrad Gourmet Cream Whipper.
CO2 charged whipper and dispenser for whipping creams, sauces, and mousse.
This is the larger size model - 0.5 L (16.9 fl oz)
Can hold one quart of whipping cream.
All stainless steel body. This makes it possible to use in a Bain-Marie (Double Boiler)
Includes the whipper canister and cap, charger holder, one CO2 charging canister, two decorating nozzles (star and tulip), storage cap, cleaning brush, and instructions.
Everything in perfect, pristine, unused condition.
I received it as a present from a fellow cook, but I already have several. I love them! They are very versatile and useful. This one is particularly high quality, and this larger size is really nice to have.
Weighs nearly two pounds.
