This is a vintage minimalist mesh necklace that looks as beautiful alone as it would with a pendant attached to it. It is a goldtone metal that has a bright luster and a detailed mesh design. It has a slinky feel to it, reminds me of a snake chain. The necklace has a shepherd or fish hook design closure on one end and a dangling gold ball at the other end of the chain. The chain is decorated as well. It measures 13 ½ inches with an extender chain that is 4 ½ inches long. The total length is 18 inches.

It is in good vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There are two extremely tiny crimps, which I show in the pictures. You don't really notice them unless you really look for them. The price reflects the slight damage. I'm not sure when this was originally purchased probably in the 1970s to 1980s.

This necklace will look fantastic with that little black dress or your favorite pair of jeans. It is quite elegant, yet beautifully simple at the same time.
