This sleep aid device has changed my life. I'm a lifelong insomniac. I was taking every supplement possible, short of prescription, to help me sleep. Nothing really worked. I don't know if this will work as well for others as it has for me, but it has truly changed my life. I now sleep within 15 minutes, no supplements. I no longer take melatonin. I use it for naps as well. The manual that comes with it has laughably small print, maybe 5 pt print. I would need a magnifying glass to really read it, and I'm not THAT old. It turns off automatically, probably in 15 minutes. I wouldn't know, as I'm asleep. I've also noticed my anxiety and depression are much reduced. Give it a try, it works! And it looks exactly like the picture. I love the aqua color, not that it matters, but still nice when things work AND look good.
