Twin City Blower Size 150 BCV Class 1 Entrance Supply 1 Hp. Motor powered it up and it runs good it has a 1 HP. 3 phase motor the motor is a 56 frame so changing it over to 1 phase would be fairly simple if you don't have 3 phase 

The inlet is 16" dia. the outlet is 15-3/4" x 12"
