Elisabeth Paetz Kalich was a German artist active in the mid 20th Century, and known for oil painting. She usually chose epic vistas or lush landscape scenes as subject matter. She was known for her subtle impressionistic style that created an atmospheric feel. She was born in Hereford, England in 1925. She studied in Dresden, Germany at the "Staatl Kunstakademie Academy of Art" a school of great renown.
