This iPod touch is in good working condition but the power button on top is stuck and will not turn the iPod off. It does however power on with the main button and it functions perfectly. The screen is nearly flawless as it has had a screen protector on it but the back does show a number of scuff and light scratch marks. See pictures for more details.
