From Fisher-Price, this is a Nickelodeon Shimmer and Shine Teenie Genies Magic Carpet ring pack #4, series 1.  "These cute, collectible mini figures put Shimmer, Shine and all their friends right in the palm of your little genie's hand."  Each play pack comes with 3 Teenie Genies and a magic carpet ring the genies can ride on.  This set is unopened, but the packaging does show some wear and one small part of the plastic is seperated from the cardboard backing (if you're giving it as a gift you could glue that down).  The toys themselves have never been opened and are in brand new condition.  Asking $3.00.
