Three vintage all-purpose cookbooks with tons of great recipes. All are approximately 6" by 8-1/2". Includes:

1. Bethany Cook Book - featuring Scandinavian Recipes - Fourth Printing 1965 - Bethany Home Auxiliary, Sioux Falls, S. D. This book has some discoloration on the inside front and back covers and the first and last page (as if it is stained). There are notes written here and there and additional recipes taped inside. This was a well-loved cook book.
   
   
2. Let UsEntertain You by Albany General Hospital Auxiliary. Date unknown but it began in 1957 so it was sometime after 1957 - Albany, Oregon. This is a thick book - lots of great recipes. Very clean and good condition.
   
   
3. from Parish to Pantry - 1974 - A collection of recipes compiled by the women of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Portland, Oregon. Very good condition; clean; only a couple notations noted.
