We cannot predict how long the electronics and sound mechanisms will last as this is a preowned item.  We only package and send items in fully working condition as described.  We cannot guarantee that the sound mechanism will work when it arrives as we have no control over how the item is stored or handled during the shipping process.   This is a chance you take.  We do stand behind our products, take care in its packaging, and would never ship an item that we are not confident in its working quality and condition.

• Please see all photos as they are part of the item description.  If there are any flaws to the item, they will be photographed accordingly and fully disclosed.
• We do not claim to be collectors or experts on all our items, but do our best to describe our items accurately.
• If a BEST OFFER is accepted, please know that the IMMEDIATE PAY is in effect as if it were a BUY IT NOW.  We will do our best to contact you for payment after 24 hours.  If the item has not been paid for within 24 hours, an unpaid item case will be initiated.  If the order has not been paid for within 4 days after the unpaid item case has been initiated, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

• Returns - We accept returns up to 30 days.  
• If the item is damaged because of our packaging please send pictures and description of the damage. We will let you know if we want to send a return label or just return the money for the item. Depending on what service we use to ship, it may be covered under the insurance. If the item comes to you damaged and it has insurance we will ask that you bring the item to your post office to see if it is covered under the insurance plan included. Please ask any questions you may have with this. 
• Please choose your shipping option wisely.  The USPS has been experiencing major delays due to high volumes.  Although USPS is typically the cheapest shipping option, and based on the fact that we keep our handling time to one business day,  your package may not arrive in the time frame that forecasts.  If you are concerned with the time frame of shipping, your best bet may be to choose either UPS or FedEx shipping services.
