A 'TOOTSIE TOY' Metal Cement Mixer #P10290 (?-the last letter is a little hard to make out). All metal except for the wheels, 4 of which are in good condition and 2 are damaged. The drum is supposed to turn when it rolls but the center screw that goes between the axle and the drum is missing. Also the front fender looks like it is rusted but it is just where the paint is missing. The metal used is a white metal and doesn't rust (but usually cracks easy from play).
