* IMPORTANT! Each Buyer MUST provide a COLOR Choice, LENGTH Choice and a CLASP/FINDINGS COLOR Choice (either by including a note with Payment OR sending a separate "Bmail" message to the Seller) within 24 HOURS of purchase to ensure that the choices can be honored. In an effort to keep orders from being delayed indefinitely, if the deadline passes without the choice(s) being received, any missing choice(s) will be randomly selected on the Buyer’s behalf (and no changes can be made once production has begun). Any "no-charge" special requests -- such as leaving one end off to facilitate adding a pendant with a small bail -- should be included in the note the containing your Buyer Choices.

This item is Custom-Made-to-Order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production prior to shipping (add 2 days if shipping outside the U.S.; add 5 days if shipping outside the U.S. during winter weather months). Please understand that multiple-item orders and orders placed during the Holiday Season MAY take a little longer.

The Genuine Leather Cord I use comes from a company based in the United States. The dyes they use are professional grade and LEAD-FREE! Additionally, there are no "fused seams," which means no surprise breakage. Please note that color names are quoted from the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.

*Shipping* Orders can be shipped ONLY to the address provided by Pay Pal on the transaction receipt. It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure it is accurate prior to issuing payment. The S/H fee quoted is for USPS First Class Parcel Service in a corrugated cardboard box (for maximum protection) to a U.S. address. Shipping Options, Packaging and Fees for orders shipping outside of the U.S. will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for a quote; I am happy to ship worldwide! I am always happy to COMBINE Shipping Fees! For U.S. purchases, the Bonanza system will automatically discount the shipping for each additional item included in a single purchase. (U.S. packages weighing over 13 ounces will ship via Priority Mail due to USPS policy.) NOTE: When combining different item types into the same package, the type of mailer the order ships in may differ from what is normally advertised/used for any particular included item (for example: a necklace shipped by itself or with other necklaces will ship in a box; however, a necklace purchased with a t-shirt may not ship in a box).
