R2-D2 – scrap metal folk art – Star Wars

Here's an unusual item I recently acquired.

It's a handmade model of R2-D2 from Star Wars.

It's made of 2 springs, 5 nuts, 1 link of bicycle chain, and a few other assorted pieces of metal.

All welded together.

It stands approx. 4.5” tall. It's just over 3.5” wide at the “shoulders”. And approx. 2.5” front to back.
