Short description
Pharmacological action - choleretic, cholekinetic, choleretic. Chronic hepatitis, cholangitis, cholecystitis, atonic constipation. Inside, after eating, 1-2 tablets. 3-4 times a day for 3-4 weeks; with exacerbation of the disease, 1 table. 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months. The courses can be repeated 2-3 times with a break of three months.

Allochol helps to reduce the processes of putrefaction and fermentation in the intestines. Strengthens the secretory function of liver cells, reflexively increases the secretory and motor activity of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract. Allochol is a combined agent that enhances the formation of bile and bile acids. The drug has no INN. The active substances are bile of cattle, garlic bulbs, stinging nettle leaves and activated carbon.
Indications
Chronic reactive hepatitis, cholangitis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, atonic constipation, postcholecystectomy syndrome.
Method of administration and dosage
Inside, after meals, 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day, for 3-4 weeks. In case of exacerbation - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1 - 2 months. Children over 7 years old - 1 tablet 3 times a day for 3 to 4 weeks.
Side effects
Diarrhea, allergic reactions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, calculous cholecystitis, obstructive jaundice, acute hepatitis, acute and subacute liver dystrophy, gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, acute pancreatitis. Children under 7 years of age (for this dosage form). With care Pregnancy, lactation.
