WINTERS was inspirerd to play piano upon seeing the famous LIBERACE on TV at the age of 5 and became a self-taught pianist playing 'by ear'. He conceived, wrote, produced and starred in "A MUSICAL TRIBUTE TO LIBERACE" at the world-renowned Liberace Museum, followed by a Las Vegas Strip engagement at Planet Hollywood in 2008.
