Although the subtitle of this book is "the full inside story," it turns out that that was only wishful thinking:  the following year would flesh out the "full" story much further, leading to deeper investigations, more indictments, more subpoenas, more confessions, the unedited Nixon White House tapes, the Saturday Night Massacre, and, finally, the resignation of President Richard Nixon.  But this book is definitely worth reading (in conjunction with ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN by Woodward and Bernstein), as it offers a foreign perspective regarding one of the major American political scandals of all time.
