Illustrated with six lovely color plates, and with evocative pen-and-ink drawings that accompany each page of verse.

A well-preserved, lovely binding and book production.

Lower corner tips lightly bumped, else nearly fine in bright black linen with gilt embossed illustration to the front cover, and with gilt embossed titles to a burgundy panel bordered by leaf and flower tooling to the spine; in a very good plus to near fine price-clipped dust jacket with tiny chips to the upper and lower spine edges, minor rubbing to the spine panel, and a tiny chip to the upper edge of the rear panel.
