Offered here is this Royal Semi-Porcelain Alfred Meakin Sugar bowl. The sugar bowl has no lid with it. It is the Windermere pattern, made in England, and is in exceptionally good condition, with no chips or cracks. The gold trim on the piece is very worn, and almost gone completely in many areas. The green leafy transfer pattern is in particularly good condition. The sugar bowl is 4.25” tall, 3.75” deep, 6” in diameter across the handles, about 2.75” in diameter at the opening, 3.5” across the rim, 5.25” in diameter at the widest point, and 3.25” in diameter at the base ring. This is a genuinely nice antique Alfred Meakin Sugar Bowl. It needs a lid but is otherwise a beautiful piece.
