Offered here is this Antique Artwork Lithograph Print – Sir Walter Scott in His Shop. It is in particularly good condition, and has been well protected by the frame, although it is a bit faded and the matte is yellowed from age. I am unsure of the age or origins of the print. It is framed in a beautifully detailed antique wooden frame with lovely carved details. There are some areas in the print where the ink is peeling away to reveal the white of the paper it was printed on. The frame is in good condition but does have some light surface scratches on the frame, and the hanging hook is still attached to the string on the back. This art print once hung in the Zane Grey Estate in Altadena California, but as mentioned, I do not know its actual age, or who the original artist was. The entire piece, including the frame is 32” top to bottom and 27” wide. It is a genuinely nice antique print, with antique frame that would be a nice addition to any antique art collection.
