5 original letters on Gernandt Motor Corporation letterhead, all dated from 1923. The correspondence is in regards to purchasing shares. Gernandt Motor was merged the following year into the Bendix Corporation which went on to manufacture car brakes, airplane carburetors, and helicopters.

I normally ship at three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. At end of auction, contact is expected within three days and payment is due within 5 days of auction close (10 for overseas bidders). Non-paying bidder notice after that time and item re-listed. Where possible, Delivery Confirmation (package tracking) is used and incorporated into the mailing price. Tracking is not available on international orders. Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax.
