Item description for Blue White Fine Bone China Teapot and 6 Tea Cup Set Gold Trim Red Roses Tangshan

This is a lovely blue and white lidded tea set with a teapot and 6 teacups. The brand is Red Roses and this fine bone china is marked Tangshan China. The beautiful set has gold gilt (trim) around the rims of the tea cups and the rim of the tea pot.

The 18 oz teapot will hold 20 ounces if filled all the way to the brim and the cups hold 4 ounces when filled to the brim.

The teapot is approximately 4-1/8" tall x 6-3/4" from spout to handle x 4" wide. Each cup is approximately 3-3/4" wide with the handle and the cup is about 2-3/4" diameter at the top x 1-3/4" tall. The bottom of the cups are about 2" diameter and they nest inside each other so that all the cups can stack in one stack. The entire stack of 6 cups stacked together is approximately 7-5/8" tall.

Overall Good Condition. There are a few very lightly worn spots in some of the gold trim (gilt). There is an imperfection in the glaze on the bottom of the handle of the teapot where it connects to the pot. It is a raised, dark spot. This is pointed out in one of the photos and then you can find it in some of the other photos. If the teapot sits with the handle to the right, this defect is hidden from sight.

The shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because the set weighs a little more than 3 pounds with a box and packing material.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.

If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.
