Blade has fine edge and sharp tip. Ideal for filleting fish but also great for trimming and skinning meats. Very narrow point suitable for fine work.

Blade has a slightly flexible tip to easily separate meat from bone. 

Very thin edge grind for maximum sharpness and easy sharpening.

Handle made from Fibrox, a hard and durable plastic with a rough surface for good grip under all conditions.
