Vintage original 27x41 in. US one-sheet poster from the classic 1950's musical comedy/romance, ON MOONLIGHT BAY, released in 1951 by Warner Bros. and directed by Roy Del Ruth. During World War I, a teenage girl begins a romance with a college student, but his unconventional attitudes cause friction with her father. The cast includes Doris Day, Gordon MacRae, Jack Smith, Leon Aames, Rosemary DeCamp, Mary Wickes, Ellen Corby, and Billy Gray.

Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in fair condition only border/corner pinholes, tears, and areas of paper loss; areas of random separation at some of the cross folds; a 2 in. horizontal tear in the bottom left panel; areas reinforced with yellowed Scotch tape; and areas of white paper affixed to the fold lines on the verso to reinforce them. This example can easily be linen-backed and would like great after restoration, as the color tints are still rich and vibrant.
