Brand New but Lands End stuff does not come with tag. Inside insert coat could be worn separately. Body and shell made with Nylon and filled with polyester. The sleeves could be extended if needed. Bright bottom reflective band and also reflective band at the bottom back of the outside shell. Comes with hood and plenty of pockets.
