OLD BRIG'S CARGO

by Henry A. Pulsford

Boston: Atlantic Monthly Press, (1925).

First edition, first printing.

Frontispiece illustration by Frank M. Rines.

This swashbuckling, treasure hunting, adventure tale begins in 1850 when the boy's father was a sailor. It continues when the New England boy jumps on a ship in search of the lost treasure of old Brig's cargo.

Filled with suspenseful sea and ship adventures and spiced with plenty of pirate lingo.

Former owner's inscription dated 1925 to the verso of the frontispiece, else very good plus in ribbed blue cloth with bright orange embossed titles to the front cover, and to the spine edge; lacking a dust jacket.

A handsome and presentable copy.
