Beautiful Indian Chief Vintage 1993 Painting on Fabric signed "Sunny R. Ruiz"? 

There are some wear (scratches and fading) to the wood frame. 

I believe the artist's name is Sunny R. Ruiz, or it could be Sunnu R. Ruiz

I could not find any other paintings by this artist. 

I don't believe it's a print since I could not find dot matrix spots on the paining when looking with a loop. 

I am starting the listing at a low price since I am not an expert on paintings.
