This pond cleaner is designed for fresh  water only. It can not be used in sea water or any sludge which contain big and  hard solid particles and strips, otherwise, the pump may be burnt, or speed up  the abrasion of the parts. It is suitable for cleaning the bottom of ponds with  fresh water such as outdoor and indoor garden ponds, aquariums in big size and  so on. Can be used continuously (the pump must be under water).
