This is a Vice Terhune (Evil Poacher) action figure from Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. It was manufactured in 1993 by Tyco and is from the animated series, which itself is based on the comic book by Mark Schultz published by Kitchen Sink Press.
CONDITION: MOC - Packaging is factory sealed, unopened. Card is in excellent condition with only some minor wear here and there. Plastic bubble is still crystal clear. Neat & complete! Actual pictures shown, please view the photos and judge for yourself. Sold AS-IS.
