This set does not appear to work. Selling as is, as found. No returns!

Please note the box has stains, tears and non-original tape on it. The racetrack and cars all seem to be in great condition to me. The controlers have scuffs and scratches. I put batteries in the remotes and nothing happened when I pressed the buttons on either remote.
