This is FASCO 70625852 Pool/Spa Blower Motor Assembly 1501320501 120V used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit on May 20th (2021) and was in great working condition when removed. Old equipment was replaced because homeowner upgraded it to a more energy efficient models. 

Motor has been tested, in great working and cosmetic condition. Please see more details from the images attached.
