Item description for VERY RARE ITEM! Antique Child's Rocking Chair with VERY RARE MONARCH MUSIC BOX.

EDIT: I just received some more information on this chair.

The seat might very well be the original seat and not something put on afterwards. However, you can see, what I think are modern screws holding the seat in place.

The chair I believe is from about the 1950's however I think the seat is not the original one.

What makes it even more unique is the circa 1890 rare musical box attached to the rocker.

It's made in Germany by the Monarch company. Has the model number and other information and still works after all these years.

VERY RARE FIND ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC BOX.
