Inside these is a green feather affixed that you see when you life the top up.

 

This is in very good condition.  Still firmly connected.  Appears to be vintage, but exact year of manufacture and distribution is not known.  

Blemish free and appears unused except for light natural signs of age.

 

Measures about 4 x 3 ΒΌ inches closed.

 

While this is meant as a gag gift, it could certainly function as a coaster.


 

This probably originated in a Long Beach gift store as a fun souvenir.
