Medal, ribbon, 20th Annual NY State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials, Binghamton, NY, June 18/19/20, 1929.  Marked on back, Bastion Bros, Rochester NY.  Round medal approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter, Seal of the City of Binghamton NY.  Medal with tarnishing, soiling, has not been polished.  Ribbon very rough, fraying at right and bottom where medal attached, heavily soiled, printing hard to read.  Pin back on top metal name plate portion.
