Activities Ticket

Lower left corner has my name typed on it (blocked by paper resting on it), as this was the activities ticket I used when I was a freshman at Glenbrook South High School.  It also has the number “41750” printed next to my printed name.  Above my printed name is a line with my signature.  Although it has numbers around the edges for punching, none of the numbers are punched.

Reverse side is blank.

Condition: Very good for being 57 years old! – creased and worn – not torn.  Measures approx. 3-7/8 x 2-1/4 inches.

I am the original owner of this item.  This item has been kept in a plastic sleeve in a smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free home.
