ALVA 1997 S.E. This statue or figurine is of a Walking Cat With Its Tail Connected to its head. The cat has a Cheshire Cat Smile and Attitude as seen in his face and the way he is walking ... with arms out and tail up. This Cat Figurine has a Bronze Tone to the finish. It is made of Alvastone ... a synthetic material developed by Alva Studios to look like bronze. You can see from the photos that that bronze color comes through to highlight the Cat. Highly detailed in the face but has a smooth texture throughout the body which includes the tail, legs, and arms.

It has embossing of ALVA (Copyright) ... 97 S.E.

Measures 7 3/4 inches tall x 4 1/4 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches thick. This cat figurine does have some weight to it.

I haven't been able to find an image of what this cat is a replica of. But ALVA sculptures or figurines are supposed to be a copy of a museum piece. I believe......
