This is a Pair of Late 1800s -  early 1900s German Porcelain Bisque or Cold Paste Figurines that measure approx 12" that I have seen twice identified as Heubach and the only marks these have are a red "8" inside of base of each one and the base is similar to other Heubach Bisque pieces so I am reasonably sure - great faces! The other figurines also did not have a mark except for the numbers. These look like a Victorian Grandma and Grandpa Pair and both have their metal frame glasses but I have seen the Grandpa with a cane before and this one is holding some kind of egg shaped item that is attached to metal much like the glasses so I am not sure which one or both are original or not - she is holding an umbrella. There are no chips or damage other than the egg he is holding has the outer layer peeling. Made in Germany. Nice Set!
