Vintage Mylar film ... which I believe to be called ... Stained Glass Overlay...or Faux Stained Glass CLOWN suncatcher. The Clown form is made from a heavy metal...then the colors are applied which is a like a hardened plastic. The colors are bright and vivid. No cracks, chips, or fading.
Measures almost 5 1/2 inches tall x 3 3/4 inches wide (through the clowns hands) x 1/8 inches thick.
