* Needs 550 chilling hours below 45 degrees F, Cold hardy to -20 degrees F. It requires very cold winter-season followed by warm weather for proper development of buds. 

* Plant in organically enriched moist well drained soil. 

* Plant in full sun, therefore at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.

* White or pinkish-white flowers appear in early spring which develop subsequently into attractive fruits by June. 

* For best fruit production when planting space two or more different varieties 20' apart.

* Fertilize in spring just before new growth begins.
