Offered here is this Gorgeous Antique Solid Wood Burled Veneer Finish Extra Large Buffet Sideboard. I am unsure of the age or origins of the piece; however, I would date it to most likely the 1920s. It is exceptionally large and comes in three pieces. The buffet is made of solid wood, and has a gorgeous, burled veneer finish. The buffet is in great condition, particularly for an antique, but it does have a few issues. There is one place at a corner of the large center drawer where there is a chunk missing. This chunk can be seen in the photos. It is still with the buffet and will just need to be repaired. There are also a few areas where there is some veneer loss. The bottom corner on the front bottom is beginning to separate and will also need some light repair. These can also be seen in the photos. The finish also has some light surface scratches on it from general use but has been well taken care of and is in overall great shape. It is exceptionally large, measuring 39” tall, 26” deep, 86” long. The cabinet at the right of the buffet has three small drawers inside, and cabinet space at the bottom. The cabinet at the left of the buffet also has three drawers, but with the large cabinet space at the top of the drawers. There are also two large outer drawers at each end of the buffet, and one large center drawer. The buffet also comes with a felt lined silver partition tray. All the drawers have hidden dovetail joints. The cabinets on each end also have locks, however, there are no keys present. This is an amazing, extra-large buffet with a gorgeous veneer finish. It would look simply beautiful in a larger home.
