Suitable for those following a gluten free and Codex Wheat Starch free diet, Glutafin Gluten Free Multipurpose Fibre Mix can be used in the same way that you would use normal flour, e.g. baking bread in your oven or bread machine, biscuits, pastry, fruit cakes etc. It also contains a sachet of yeast to help you make freshly baked fibre loaves.
