• Returns:
  • All items are returnable within 30 days after the item was received. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us for return authorization
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns must be in the condition that they were received in.

Shipping

• Domestic:
• First Class Mail is $3.69 for a single lot (if sold by the lot) or for a single bead (if sold by the bead).
• Shipping for each additional lot(if sold by the lot) is $0.24.
• International:
• First Class International Mail to Canada is $14.50 and to others is $18.25 for a single lot(if sold by the lot) or bead(if sold by the bead).
• Shipping to Canada for each additional lot(if sold by the lot) is $0.75.
• Shipping to others for each additional lot(if sold by the lot) is $0.95.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's reponsibility.
